Bonjure and Welcome to my new blog post
Today we were lucky enough to see Bernard Mangakahia perform for our school. His show was exhilarating because he showed us why we should never give up. One way of showing resilience is to get back up when you fall down and to never give up.Bernard challenged each and every one of us to go home and find a hero or a person to look up to.
Thank you for reading my blog post. Feel free to comment and share your stories of resilience with me

Starting term two with a push
Konnichiwa and welcome back to term two.
Today Pohatu class was learning how to put on elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards and a helmet and how to balance properly on a penny skateboard. We also learnt how to pack up the gear properly.
First you take of your helmet then you take of you elbow pads then you wrap one elbow pad with the other elbow pad and put it in the helmet. Second you take off your wrist guard and do the same as what you did to the elbow pads. Third you take off the big knee pads, then you have to attach one of the knee pads together then wrap all of the gear together, then put it in the helmet.
